Returns
Damaged or Manufactured faulty goods must be reported to us by e mail or telephone in office hours Mon / Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm within seven days of delivery.We will arrange pickup and re-delivery or refund at your request.
Unwanted or wrongly ordered goods can be exchanged or refunded, again you must contact us within seven days of purchase by e mail or telephone in office hours Mon / Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Please note that the initial p&p will be lost, only the cost of the goods will be refunded. If you wish us to arrange the collection of the goods please ask for a quotation ( pending on post code area ).
If you arrange a return delivery of unwanted or wrongly ordered goods we strongley suggest you arrange for your courier to receive a receipt of goods returned.
